Op lokatie schilderen op Curacao. Dat kan een plekje zijn overal op het eiland. Met een groepje geinteresseerden gaan we elke week een morgen op pad. En laten ons inspireren in een straatje ergens in Willemstad of door het landschap aan de noordkant met de wilde zee of de typische kunuku.

Painting on location on Curacao. This is can be a spot everywhere on the island. With a group we go every week and let us get inspired by the north coast or the typical landscape called the kunuku or a little street in Willemstad.

Moved to for 2 years !!

Vanaf juni 2011 woon en werk ik op Curacao voor een periode van twee jaar. Wil hier nieuwe inspiratie opdoen en kunstprojecten voor kinderen en volwassenen gaan geven. En natuurlijk exposeren.

KunstprojectTelpost Millingen 14 april t/m 11 september 2011.

Telpost Millingen is gedurende het kunstproject SECTOR MILLINGEN
in de weekenden geopend van 11.00 – 16.00 uur.

Elf kunstenaars verruilen hun atelier gedurende elf dagen voor Telpost Millingen. In de weekenden zetten de kunstenaars de deur van de Telpost open voor publiek. Er zijn verrekijkers aanwezig en er liggen boeken ter inzage over kunst en natuur. De kunstenaar is gastvrij en vertelt graag over zijn verblijf in de Telpost, bovendien zal er recent werk van zijn hand te zien zijn.

12 Mei tot 20 mei 2011 is Mimi van Bindsbergen aan het werk op de Telpost.

Artproject Telpost Millingen 14 april t/m 11 september 2011

During the artproject SECTOR MILLINGEN is open in the weekends from 11.00 – 16.00 hour.

Eleven artists exchange their studio for eleven days in theTelpost Millingen. During the weekends the doors are open for the public. There are penoculars which visitors can use and there are books about art and nature to have a look at. The artist invites you to come and tells about the stay in the Telpost and about the recent work which he or she is doing at that moment.

From 12 Mei till 20 mei 2011 Mimi van Bindsbergen is at work in the Telpost.

Prentenboek

Samenwerkingsproject met kinderboekenschrijfster Anne Takens: We hebben samen een prentenboek gemaakt waarbij Anne een verhaal heeft geschreven over een jongetje Tom die gaat logeren.....ik heb hierbij de illustraties verzorgd.

Illustrationbook for children

A project with Anne Takens who writes books for children: We have made together a book for which Anne wrote a story about a boy Tom who is sleeping at his aunts home and the adventure of it. I made the Illustrations for the book.
